Please arrive from 8.00am for coffee and tea (please bring £1 a cup for the self service table) and also to buy your flags to place where you predict the captains' drives will finish.  Flag income will go to the Ladies Charity, St Peter and St James Hospice. Please check in at the Pro Shop and pay £18 entry fee - £5 for the competition, £12 for the meal and £1 towards the staff gratuity.

At 9.15am everyone will go down to the first tee with their golf equipment to watch the captains tee off and then walk to their starting tees.

9.30am Shotgun Start for the 18 hole competition for the Peter Adcock Cup.  This has not been played for since 2018. Played off the yellow and red tees. Each team must have a minimum of 1 man and 1 lady.  A minimum of 4 drives for the men and 3 drives for the ladies.  

The meal, a rolling lunch starting at 2.00pm, will be chicken or vegetable curry with rice. The cost is £12 per person. If you would like the vegetarian option (otherwise chicken will be assumed) or if you are not playing and would like to join us for the meal, please contact Lee Stevens to make those arrangements. Exceptional last minute drop outs to be advised to Lee Stevens, to see if the meal and cost can be cancelled. 

In addition to the Peter Adcock Cup team Prizes, additional gifts will be awarded by your Captains to the top teams and also  Nearest the Pins Ladies on the 5th and 15th Men on 8th and 13th.
