MICHAEL HENNING - Head Professional became a P.G.A. Professional in 1976 and in 1982 won the award of 'P.G.A. Trainee of the Year'. Over the years he has coached thousands of golfers of all standards and has introduced countless new golfers to this great game. His teaching philosophy is to keep the technique as simple as possible but not to shirk away from hard work if it is required to change bad habits which are inhibiting a pupil's progress.
Michael maintains that golf is relatively easy to play to a reasonable standard once the important basic movements are ingrained. He has under his wing at the moment English Youth Internationals and Europro Tour Players but receives just as much satisfaction from teaching complete beginners.   Michael's teaching diary tends to be booked from six to eight weeks in advance so ample notice is required for bookings. It is advisable to book, perhaps, two or three lessons ahead to maintain a continuity of guidance.
